The AI scan
Eight questions, a minute of work. Then I look up live what an AI assistant answers when someone in your town looks for a tradesperson, and you get the answer in your inbox.
Twenty minutes, free
Run the scan, then you know where you stand. After that you tell me in twenty minutes where your week goes. I say honestly whether there is something to gain and what it costs.
Two to four weeks
Fixed price, fixed date. Halfway through you already see it working with your own data, no presentation. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear it before I build it.
An afternoon
You get the code, the runbook and the agreement on paper: if you stop, or I stop, I put it in your name. You don’t have to arrange anything: I set it up, you sign. After that I maintain it for as long as you want, not for as long as you have to.
Ownership
With most providers you rent access: cancel, and you lose everything. With Looped, what is yours stays yours, and what I run for you, you take with you when you stop.
You do not have to arrange or set up anything: I set it up and run it, you sign. The GDPR processing agreement comes as standard.
| What | Who holds it |

| His Moneybird, mail and calendar | Mark Jansen |
| His WhatsApp and phone number | Mark Jansen |
| His price list and customer data | Mark Jansen |
| The code, explained part by part | Mark Jansen |
| The runbook: how someone else takes over | Mark Jansen |
| The server and database it runs on | Looped |
What runs at Looped I put in his name as soon as he stops, or I do. If Looped stops, he hears so ninety days in advance.

Who I am
I’m eighteen and I study artificial intelligence at Utrecht University. Alongside my studies, under the name Looped, I build automations for installers and other tradespeople.
Almost every business owner I talk to knows they should do something with AI. Only: what, and how? That’s where I come in. I look at what keeps coming back in your week and build one thing for it that works. Not ten things that almost work.
I write the code myself and run it for you. Your data stays in your own software, and you get the code and the runbook: if you stop, or I stop, I put it in your name. You know up front what it costs and roughly when it’s done, and halfway through you already see it working with your own data.
The most common questions, answered up front.
Yes. What I build adds to your existing bookkeeping, planning or CRM. No extra system for you or your people to learn.
Two to four weeks, from the first conversation to running. Halfway through you already see it working with your own data and your own prices, so you know well before delivery what you are getting.
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to learn. You send a message or make a call, just like you do now; the rest happens by itself. The only thing you do is say 'yes' to what is ready, and that takes one tap.
Your accounting, mail and calendar stay yours; I connect them with a permission you can revoke yourself. What the automation needs along the way, such as a job sheet or a draft, sits in a secured database, separated per customer. I only pass on what the task needs and use business AI services that do not use your data to train their models. Nothing goes out before you have seen it. A data processing agreement for the GDPR comes standard with every job.
That is covered. It says plainly that it is an assistant, you approve everything before it goes out, and everything is logged. That also means it meets the European AI law in force since August 2026. The strict rules in there are about job applications, loans and medical matters; this work does not come anywhere near that.
No. The monthly fee covers the use of one business, the AI costs and the maintenance. There is no meter on quotes, job sheets or messages. Only call minutes really cost me money; how that works is on the pricing page.
You enter your business and town, answer a few questions about your week and say where the report may go. I run a few real searches from your town and the report usually lands in your inbox within five minutes, within an hour at most. I use your email address once for that. I do not call and there is no newsletter. It is a snapshot of today. If you are already fine, I say so.
Twenty minutes, free, and you hang up with an honest answer about whether it is worth building.
