Example · Your own environment
What it looks like once it runs for you.
What I build comes with an environment of your own. It shows what happened this week, what is waiting on your approval, and what is switched on. That is all you have to do with it — log in, look, approve.
Installatiebedrijf Jansen does not exist, and this is a still image: there is nothing to click here. The figures, amounts and lines are exactly what a real environment shows.
This week
- 14quotes sent out
- 40job sheets processed
- 6missed calls picked up
Waiting on you
Invoice for Fam. Terpstra
€ 584.19
From Tuesday job sheet. Two things the system was not sure about: the crossed-out brand name, and a time span instead of a number of hours. Those sit at the top rather than tucked away.
Approve Adjust first
What is running
- On Quote Machine Last: quote Fam. de Wit, € 3,215.58 — today 17:26
- On Job Sheet to Invoice Last: sheet 2411 from Ruben — today 17:04
- On The Phone Assistant Last: missed call 14:38, called back and intake in your mailbox
- Off One Inbox Last: 31 messages sorted, 4 drafts waiting — this morning 07:30
You see what happens
No black box. Every quote, every sheet and every call is in there, with what the system read out of it. If you want to know why something says what it says, you can read it back.
You keep the last word
Nothing goes out before you approve it, and whatever the system was unsure about sits at the top rather than hidden. That is also what the AI Act asks of you: a human keeping the last word.
You take it with you
I run and maintain it for you; you do not have to set anything up. If you stop, or Looped stops, I put it in your name with the runbook, at no cost.
Curious what your environment would show?
Spend twenty minutes telling me where your week goes. After that you know which of the four would earn its keep, and whether it is worth building at all.
